The WHO introduced these international growth standards in 2007 to enhance the screening, surveillance, and monitoring of school children and adolescents worldwide. These standards emerged in response to the growing global issue of childhood obesity, coinciding with the release of new CGS guidelines for infants, preschool children, and adolescents. The WHO-CGS is now the established method for determining the nutritional status of Filipino school children aged 5-19 years old. The Republic Act No. 11313 or The Safe Spaces Act (Bawal Bastos Law) covers all forms of gender-based sexual harassment (GBSH) committed in public spaces, educational or training institutions, workplaces, and online spaces.     July 22, 2023 - In a compelling display of community solidarity, an "Information Awareness Drive Re-EO70 Call To Action" took place at Barangay Tuntungin-Putho, Los Banos, Laguna. The drive aimed to combat the disturbing issue of cat-calling while advocating for the enforcement of the Bawal Bastos Law. In collaboration with Community Volunteers Organization, Inc.
