4.      Encourage collaboration and teamwork: Working in isolation can be a major source of stress for teachers. Encourage teachers to work together, sharing ideas, resources, and support. This can help reduce the workload, create a sense of community, and provide teachers with a source of inspiration and motivation.

5.      Address workplace stressors: Schools should take a proactive approach to identify and addressing workplace stressors, such as large class sizes, limited resources, and high-stakes testing. Finding ways to mitigate these stressors can improve the well-being of teachers and the quality of education they provide.
