1.        Panoorin ang kuwento ng isang mag-aaral sa Ikatlong Baitang na sumali sa isang paligsahan.

2.        Pagaralan ang mga salitang may salungguhit.

3.        Pagkatapos ay sagutin ang mga sumunod na tanong sa iyong sagutang papel.

Salungguhitan ang pang-abay na pamaraan sa pangungusap. Gumuhit ng arrow mula sa pang-abay hanggang sa pandiwa na inilalarawan ng pang-abay.

Halimbawa:

 Mabilis na tumakbo ang bata nang magsimulang pumatak ang ulan.

 Group 1:

1. Ang sanggol sa kuna ay natutulog nang mahimbing.

2. Mahusay tumugtog ng byolin si Angela.

3. Dahil sa galit, umakyat nang padabog ang bata.

4. Matiyagang hinihintay ng mga bata ang kanilang ama.

5. Pahiyaw na tinawag ang pangalan ng lalaki.

1.  Dali-daling bumalik si Joy sa kanyang tahanan.

4.        Kalayaan ang taimtim na hinahangad ng mga tao.

5.        Ang dyanitor ay nagmamadaling umakyat ng hagdan.

Panuto: Tukuyin ang angkop na pang-abay upang mabuo nang maayos ang pangungusap. Piliin ang angkop na pang-abay sa panaklong.

1. Kailangang magsagot ni Pia ng modyul kaya gumising siya nang (maaga, tanghali, gabi) ngayong araw na ito.

2. Ang mga mag-aaral ay (maaga, mabilis, mas mabilis) magsumite ng kanilang proyekto kaysa nakaraang taon.

3. (Mabagal, Mas Mabagal, Pinakamabagal) magsepilyo si Johne sa lahat ng kanyang mga pinsan.

4. Si Allen ay (mahina, masaya, malakas) na tumawa sa biro ng kanyang kapatid.

Ano-ano kaya ang nararamdaman ng isang manlalaro kung may mga taong naniniwala sa kanyang kakayahan?

Gawain 1

              1.1 Indibidwal na Gawain

Mag-isip ng isang karanasan kung saan ay makapagbigay ka ng pag-asa sa iba. Ibahagi ito sa iyong  kamag-aral. Para sa istilo ng pagbabahagian, sundin ang sumusunod na hakbang:

Hatiin ang klase sa dalawang pangkat.

Ayusin sila sa dalawang bilog. Isang bilog ay nasa loob at ang isa ay nasa labas.

Sabihan ang mga nasa bilog sa loob na kapag narinig nila ang tugtog sila ay lalakad pa-clock wise. Para naman sa nasa labas na bilog, sila ay lalakad pa-counter clockwise.

Kapag tumigil ang tugtog, titigil din sila at ibabahagi sa kanilang katapat ang kanilang karanasan.

Pangkatin ang mga mag-aaral. Batay sa mga karanasang kanilang ibinahagi, gumawa ng maikling dula-dulaan na nagpapakita ng pagbibigay pag-asa sa iba.
