Sa Mga Gustong Maging Public School Teacher


After passing the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), unang gagawin ay kailangan mong magpa-rank para maging public school teacher.

Sa scoring sa ranking you need to attain at least 70 total points from different criteria.

Base po ito sa DepEd Order No. 7, S. 2015.

In every month of service, 0.15 points shall be given or 1.50 points per year.

(As per DO No. 22, S. 2015) (recalibration)

In every month of service 0.50 points shall be given or 5 points per year.

▪ 𝗟𝗘𝗧/𝗣𝗕𝗘𝗧 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 - up to 15 points

LET Rating points

75-77 = 11 points

78-80 = 12 points

81-83 = 13 points

84-86 = 14 points

87 and above 15 points

PBET Rating Points

70-72 = 11 points

73-75 = 12 points

76-78 = 13 points

79-81 = 14 points

82 and above = 15 points

▪ 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 (NCII or any Seminar Certificates with at least 10 days and up para makuha ang automatic 10 points. Nit valid po ang mga School-related seminar certificates unless umattend ka as a teacher na and not as a student.) - up to 10 points

▪ 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 - 10 points

▪ 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗼 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 - up to 15 points

▪ 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 (𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁)- up to 15 points

▪ 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 / 𝗟𝗚𝗨 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲r - up to 3 points

A total of 100 points.

Kung hindi kaman umabot sa 70 points RQA (As per DO No. 7, S. 2015), huwag mag-alala dahil mayroong recallibration (As per DO No. 22, S. 2015). Kung saan maiiba ang points system (from DO7 to DO22 recallibration) for Teaching Experience and Education as stated above.

Take note:

Nagkakaroon lang ng recallibration kapag naubos agad lahat ng nasa RQA (As per DO No. 7, S. 2015) and may sobrang items pa.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

Prepare the following requirements by the school screening committee:

1. CSC Form 212 (Personal Data Sheet) with latest 2x2 ID pictures.

2. PRC Professional Identification Card (License)

3. Results of Rating obtained in the Licensure Examination for Teachers.

4. Transcript of Records (TOR) with certification of General Weighted Average of Academic Grades.

5. Service record. (Certificate of Employment) if any.

6. Certificates of Specialized Training. If any.

7. Voter's certification or Brgy. Clearance.

8. NBI Clearance
